Daddio: 9/8/11 Blog of the Day

Write a punny story about the following picture.  Your story needs to be at least three paragraphs, and in each paragraph, you need to include at least one pun.  A pun is defined as: "A play on words, sometimes on different senses of the same word and sometimes on the similar sense or sound of different words."  The most simple of puns are when you use one word in the place of another, but they sound similar.  Like in the beginning of this post when, instead of telling you to write a "funny" story, I said to write a "punny" story.  If you need further instruction on what a pun is, talk to Connor.  He'd love to tell you some puns.
