Gabe: Civil War Journal

I am worried about Nelson because I think he is going to get hurt. He just signed up today to be in the  army.  The war does not start for a long time.  But I think he will fight good and get slavery done with.  He is going to be in the navy. I am an attorney so I don't have much time to spend with Nelson and my other son with one leg.  But it is a good thing Mary, my wife, can stay home with my son with one leg.  So hopefully Nelson lives through the war. He will help stop slavery.
