Mommio: Instant Challenge- Straw Bottle Holder

Today Mason, Avery, Marney and Kennedy tackled a new instant challenge.  We also sent this same challenge to our friends, Lily and Elder, in California so we can compare notes.  We can't wait to see what they created too!  Here's the challenge:

 

Here are the kids thinking about it and trying some ideas.  They were really slow to start, but once they started bending straws they moved a lot faster.

 And here is their finished bottle holder.

 They decided to lift the bottle off the table by creating various shapes out of the straws and stacking them then attaching them together.  Great team work guys!
