Euros are used in 12 different countries like, Spain, Luxembourg, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Austria, and Finland. The name "euro" was introduced in 1995. People voted between 8 different symbols. They voted for this symbol-
It comes in 8 different coins and 7 different bills. The bills come in 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 euro denominations. Here is a picture of a 20 euro cent coin-
If I wanted to buy a soda in euros it would cost 50 euro cents.
