That Insignia Advanced HDTV I bought for 1,097.99 is broken. It was like that when I got it. The screen is partly shattered and nothing's working. A repairman can't even fix it. I note that my TV is broken beyond repair and due to the fact that my old TV, which worked just fine and I still have, is not broken I would like a refund please.
