Dear Best Buy,
Two days ago I went to your store and bought an Insignia Advanced HDTV. I got it on sale for $1,097.99. When I went home and opened the package I found a broken HDTV. Now, I would like you to come to my house tomorrow morning and take the broken one back and bring me a new one. I would like it to be the same exact kind as the broken one.
