The first shamu was a girl and was pretty big. She was the first orca captured and was alive. The person who captured her was Ted Griffin. He had people help him but he found it. He got her in Washington. Shamu lived for 6 years and was born in 1964 and died in 1971.
People loved Shamu a lot.
I think I want a whale.
