Daddio: Staycation- Day 5

Not many pictures today.  Today was a relaxing day in Houston.  We ate breakfast at the hotel and planned on swimming most of the day, but the pool didn't open until 11:00.  So this morning, Mommio took Red, Kiki, Max and Jack to McDonald's to burn off some energy at their Playplace while Mason, Ava, Gabe and I played a kicking game of Infernal Contraption, and Gabe and I learned to play our new game Scary Tales (Connor played the DS).  When they got back at around 11, we went to the pool and swam for an hour before coming back up to the rooms for lunch.  After lunch, I babysat Max and Jack while they napped and Mommio took the others to swim in the pool for a few more hours (Connor played the DS).  This afternoon the older kids played Unexploded Cow (including Connor this time-- Awesome!) while the younger kids watched cable.  The kids really miss their cable.  Tonight we're ordering pizza and going to watch Shrek Forever After, which amazingly enough- no one has seen.  When the little kids lay down to sleep for the night, the older kids and I are going to go to our room and play Myth, Poo and more Scary Tales.
