Day eight was a much needed slower staycation day. We all settled in to being home, slept later, and were pretty lazy. We still did some fun stuff too! In the morning Gabe and Daddio started making jello cubes to use in our science experiment on Sunday.
In the afternoon we had Marney's Tie Dye Birthday Party. As you can see, having yet another birthday party around here made everyone pretty happy.

Then last night we ended the day with a living room campout. We had been planning to camp in Nana and Popo's backyard but rain was coming so Marney, Gabe and Kiki set up the tent and fire in the living room and had a great night inside instead. Here they are setting the tent up.

Then the kids built their campfire, we turned on the fake fireplace on the tv for fire sounds and
they sat down to roast marshmallows.
And that's a slow day with 100 Toes!
