Gabe and Connor spent yesterday afternoon cooking together out of our sweet treats cookbook.
Gabe was the chef and Connor took the pictures.
They made a simple cheesecake called Easy Cheesy Pie. Here's how you can do it to!
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Make the crust by crushing the graham crackers, mixing them with the sugar, butter and cinnamon. Then bake for about seven minutes.
While that cools for about thirty minutes make the filling.
3. Scrape the lemon for the zest then juice the lemon and combine in a small bowl.
4. Use a mixer to mix the cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add the condensed milk, the lemon juice and zest to the cream cheese and blend until smooth.
6. Spread the filling onto the pie crust.
7. Decorate with fruit.
8. Refrigerate for a few hours and eat. Yum!
