The Sad Monkey

Once upon a time there was a monkey.  This monkey loved playing on the monkey bars in his cage in the zoo.  One day the zookeepers had to get rid of the monkey bars.  The monkey had no idea what was going on.  There was a loud creaking noise as the zookeepers lifted the monkey bars.  Now the monkey only had his swing and toy car to play with.  Eventually the zookeepers removed the swing and car.  Then the monkey could only climb the cage and the trees.  Then one day later the monkey was set free in the wild.  The monkey felt lonely. There was no monkey bars, no toy cars, no swing and no cage.  Then more monkeys showed up to play with him.  Then they left after playing for an hour.  Now the monkey was very sad and decided to go back to the zoo.  When he got back his cage was even bigger and there were new golden monkey bars, a golden toy car and a golden swing, but the monkey was still sad because his friends weren't there. Then he climbed up on the monkey bars and noticed that his friends were also on the monkey bars.   They played on the monkey bars for days and the monkey was never sad again.
