Each Monday we (Nana, the kids and I) spend our afternoons out at Weaver's Bottom playing with friends, experiencing bits of farm life and enjoying nature. We always have great adventures and create wonderful memories on these afternoons so I thought I would start sharing our Mondays At Weaver's Bottom on the blog. Here's a look at last Monday.
We all got to meet the newest (and smallest) baby goat- Emmy Lou. Wow is she pretty!
Lily gave boat rides in the pond.
And they got stranded without a paddle...Nana to the rescue.
The little boys discovered a patch of giant mushrooms under the trampoline.
The older boys, who were very happy to see their friend Trevor, ran their own game of Zombie Cinema.
We all helped do some weeding for the new herb garden (no pictures of this since I was busy weeding too). And then we headed over to the Slab for the first time this year. It was way too cold but the kids loved riding in the current and it was so nice to spend some time with the Shaws.
