Avery: Blog Of The Day
All of them are very different. The play was really, really different from the movie and the book. It was about only an hour or thirty minutes, I don't really know how long it was. What I do know is that it was shortened so that little kids would watch it. Also it was about Alice falling asleep in a classroom and having a dream. So then the teacher had to wake her up and have her tell the class what her dream was. The book was very different too. Like, there was when she fell down the hole and had to wait forever to get to the bottom of it. One of the parts that were the same was when there was the tea party and were she had to drink the shrinking drink and when she was at the tea party and listened to the Mad Hatter sing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Bat. The movie was different from both of them. Although the movie was more similar to the book than the play was. In the movie she fell down the hole and drank the shrinking stuff and ate the growing cake. Also in the movie she met the Queen of Hearts like she did in the play and in the book. The movie was also super different from the play. Like the school thing, in the movie it began with Alice as a little girl and then it said thirteen years later and she was going to get married. Also in the movie Alice had to wear all sorts of different dresses. In the play she only wore one dress for the whole thing. The one I liked the most was the movie because of the Mad Hatter. He was so funny. I also liked all the pretty creatures. I hope there will be a sequel to the Alice in Wonderland movie.

Nana says...
I had forgotten that Alice had to wear the same dress in all the other versions except the 3D one. The 3D one did have her as a grown up which was different. Good job of pointing out all the differences...
