Pedro Stories
Hello... I am Pedro. And I am here to tell you about when I drank chemicals. One day I was inside my home (a cage) when suddenly Avery picked me up and put me in her hand. I freaked out and hid in my roomy, green shell. When I popped my head back out and opened my eyes I started slipping! A little blond boy... I think his name is Ack... came up to me and knocked me out of Avery's hand! When I hit the soft carpet I hid in my shell again. I heard Avery turn around and yell at Ack. I poked my head out and I ran under the rat cage. Man.. was it gross! Avery lied down on the floor and shoved her hand under the rat cage. I walked to the kitchen and saw Connor and Kyle setting up their chemistry lesson. I tried crawling onto the wooden table. Avery (of course) lifted me up and put me on the table. I heard Avery talking to Kyle and Connor.
" What are we doing in today's lesson?", asked Avery.
" You will have to wait and see.", answered Kyle.
" Are we going to use matches?"
" Nope. No matches this time."
" Okay."
" Are we going to start the lesson soon?", Connor asked Kyle.
" Yeah. I need you to go get Gabe and Mason."
" Okay.", Connor walked away.
I ran over to a green chemical and ate a few pieces of it. It tasted like my vitamins!
" I'm going to put Pedro away.", Said Avery.
She picked me up and put me back in my cage. I slept the rest of the day. When I woke up the next morning everything was different. Everything was small, I was next to my cage, kids were inside me and I felt a little fat. I looked around and saw Avery looking for me. She looked in the cage, under it, and all over the living room. I can't believe that she did not know that I was right in front of her. Avery started staring at me. I opened and closed my mouth, I pocked my head in an out of my shell and I blinked a bunch. She got a bag of lettuce and poured it into my mouth. It was awesome! The she came over and put vitamin in my mouth too! All of it tasted great! Avery came over and hugged me. She got in me and drove me to the lake. I WAS A CAR!

This was a great story....I love it that Pedro became the car because he ate something from one of Daddio's science lessons. Way to write what you know.
