Daddio: Better?

I feel much more reassured since the last visit to the hospital.  Both my doctor and the radiologist seemed confident that there was no infection- just a pocket of air and some blood.  The best news about this is that if I don't have an infection now, then it's probably not coming back.  So... this could be the end of it.  I'll stay cautiously optimistic.
