2009 Roadtrip: Update #10.5

We made it past Atlanta! The coolest thing happened while driving through, though. The airport was right next to the interstate and several planes were landing while we drove under them. It looked like they were going to land on top of us. It was really cool. I couldn't get a good shot of it, but here's what I could get:



We made it to Conyers, Georgia just outside of Atlanta and stopped at the McDonald's for a pee break:



Several complaints about this McDonald's: (1) I went to empty our trash bags, and they had no outside trash recepticles, so I ended up not emptying them; (2) the bathrooms were small and dirty; (3) the men's room had only one urinal and one stall and even though the stall was empty, it was locked from the inside (which was okay since we didn't need to "make business" in the stall); and (4) there was only half a roll of toilet paper in one of the two stalls in the women's restroom-- the other one had none. UNACCEPTABLE! This won't surprise you, but the verdict was not good for the Conyer's McDonald's:
