Gabe: Tree Planting

Yesterday we all went to Ziker preserve to do Tree planting with the Discover Green group and it was run by Austin Tree Folks.  When we got there I got to be a leader and that means that I would lead our group and help people with planting trees. I was leading the group with Matthew, he was one of the kids who started the Discover Green. Then we went and planted trees.
First you dig the hole to the length or width of the plant.

Then you put it in the hole then bury it. Then we put a stake in the ground and a tube to protect the plant, then you put tags on.
