Gabe: Blog Of The Day

I have not been typing better because I don't do a typing program.  I am not going to do a typing program for a few months, I might do one later.  My hand writing has gotten a lot better because I am writing slowly and carefully.  I will try to write more.  I have gotten a little better at controlling my temper because I am breathing. I am going to try walking away when I get frustrated. I have done full lotus pose but I want  to work on holding it longer and doing it without my hands.

I have worn my shoes every day so far and I got new shoes yesterday.  I am going to try working on stepping flat when I wear my shoes.
