Daddio: Blog of the Day
Well, I've stuck to my resolution. After two months, I've succeeded in tracking every single thing I've eaten on Livestrong. The problem is, however, that the effect that I wanted to have happen-- hasn't happened. I was hoping that, as I saw how much food I was eating and tracking, that it would encourage me to eat less. But I haven't done that. I don't feel too bad, though, because I haven't really trying to reduce the amount that I eat. But March is a new month, and I'm going to continue tracking, and also eating in the calorie guidelines. So I hope that when I post up my progress next month, I'll have good news.
