Connor: Wii Night

Hey toes. Wii Night went well tonight.  Wii had fun playing Medal of Honor most of the night.  I enjoyed a pokemon battle against Chase.  We played smash bros brawl as our favorite characters.  Chase brought snacks that everyone loved.  All in all Wii night kicked butt tonight and I can't wait till next time when we play poker.

Connor: Today

Yo toes today we are preparing for grandma and grandpa's visit.  So today I cleaned my bedroom completely which was hard because we all know I am a slob.  I am happy that everything is being cleaned.  I can't wait to go to Sea World that will be fun tomorrow.  That is all toes please remain being good.

Connor: Robin Hood

Today we went to see the Robin Hood play. 

I think it was cool how the actors modernized it.  My favorite character was Little John or John Little.  The play was awesome. I thought the permanent time out thing was funny.  The sheriff's ring tone was sinister background music.  The whole play was funny and awesome.

After the play we got the autographs of the characters.  On my piece of paper I got the autographs of Robin Hood, The King, The Sheriff and Little John.

Connor: What We Did Today

Today we went to watch the best movie ever. It was called How To Train Your Dragon.  It's a great movie with tons of action.  There were dragons, burning buildings, an intelligent main character and an awesome dramatic moment.  The Dragons were not evil, but rather misunderstood.  The only person who could ride them at first was a teenage boy named Hiccup.  There was a fast dragon that did not steal fish. This dragon was named Toothless.  It was an all around great movie.  I loved it wonderful fantasy movie for everyone.

Connor: My New Bedroom

Yo, Toes today I am moving into my new bedroom.  Marney is playing with her flip video camera.  Tonight is going to be the first time I sleep in my new bedroom.  Mommio is moving my bed into my bedroom.  Dadddio is sorting his tools.  When we're done the kids are going over to Nana's house. Here's me in my new room!

Connor: D&D

Tonight we completed a whole book of adventures in D and D.  As Aust Sianodel, an elven duskblade, me and the rest of the team took down someone who worships the evil goddess of disease.  I knocked her down with one hit.  Then after we killed her she turned into some undead person. We took her down, but it wasn't easy. She just wouldn't die.  Before we fought her we fought a vampire who was doing experiments on some dude.  This kind of vampire was the kind you see in a really old movie.  This type of vampire called a Nosferatu which looked like something out of the movie of the same name.

Connor: Festival Park On Roanoke Island

Today we went to Festival Park on Roanoke Island.  I loved learning all about the history of Roanoke  because it is very exciting.  I learned about  Black Beard the pirate.  I learned that the wreckage of his ship is off the coast of Bath, North Carolina.  We saw lots of outside exhibits, one of which  was a recreation of The Queen Elizabeth II ship.  The recreation of the Queen Elizabeth II was  gigantic, full of items, and just totally awesome.  Nana, you would have loved it.  Daddio said that it reminded him of Jamestown.  I can't wait to find out what we will do tomorrow.  

Avery: What I Did Today

Today we went to a play call Walking With The Dinosaurs! People made these robot dinosaurs and put them on stage with a guy that would talk all about them. My favorite dinosaur was the t-rex! It was huge and loud. I thought that is was funny when The big T-rex roared sooo loud and then the baby T-rex did a tiny growl. After the show we went to Chili's for diner. I had a corn dog. I love watching plays and I can't wait to see an other one.

Marney: Today

Idid no art or music today but I went to the bank with Nana. And went to yoga. And on Saturday I loved it because we did art, music and trick or treating and here are pictures of them.

Mommio: What We Did Today

Today we went with Nana and some homeschool friends to see a play for young children called Farm To Market at the Zach Scott Theatre in Austin. It was really fun, all the kids enjoyed it. Especially the musical tribute to poop! I enjoyed the large puppets- especially the ants.

Gabe: Nana Day

It was Nana day today. Me,Marney and Avery played hotel. Max and Jack played with Mary. We had bubble pizza for dinner. Dad worked at home today.

Mommio: Letterboxing

Today we went to find a letterbox at a really amazing place out in the hill country in Johnson City. The place is called Benini Sculpture Ranch and it is a large family owned ranch (with beautiful views) created by an Italian artist named Benini. There is a gallery with amazing artwork and then huge sculptures all over the property. Take a look at the slideshow of all the art we saw today. There was one letterbox there found near a series of sculptures that represent fire, around a giant fire pit. The box was called Cock's Crow- after another sculpture by the same artist. Here it is!

Gabe: Nana Day

Today it was Nana day. We went jogging today. We went to the park. We went to McDonald's for lunch. The Weavers came this afternoon. We had pancakes for dinner. I am really excited about the sleepover.

Marney: Art

I did art today and I made it on the side walk at the new park. I made a picture of a lake with fish in it. I also played at the park I played tag and we went on the slide. I played the recorder at the lake and here is a picture of my lake.

Avery: What I Did Today

Today was very busy! The first thing that Gabe did after breakfast is he went and picked all the radishes from our garden with dad! We had a lot of giant ones. Later in the day we all did our chores. I had to vacuum, Mason had to mop, and Gabe had to clean the rat's cage. after we did our chores we had lunch. we had hot dogs. after we ate our lunch mom and Dad went to get stuff down from the attic, so that we could get stuff for our Halloween costumes. I am going to be an elf! At night Gabe and I had a hand and foot combat. I won! Gabe still did a really good job. I just can't wait for tomorrow.

Connor: Sleepover Night

Tonight is sleepover night. We are having a lot of fun. I enjoy it because I have played wii with Gabe and stayed up late. I love sleepover night. Right now the kids are making popcorn. Jack, by the time you read this for the first time you won't remember this day. Jack, you were very cute tonight. Good night toes.

Avery: What We Did Today

Today we went to the Zilker Park Botanical Garden. We first went letter boxing. We found four of them. My favorite letter box was the haiku one. Here is our haiku:

Dad and Connor made the haiku up all by themselves. I didn't like the rainy day one that much, but we did find a hitchhiker in it. On the last one we did Gabe stepped in dog poo. All of us thought it was super funny. Also we looked at lots of gardens. My favorite one was the Japanese garden. We saw lots of flowers, some trees, and lots of bamboo! There was also a fish pond. The fish were about three feet big (almost the size of me!). I loved going to Zilker Park with Grandma and Grandpa and I hope we can do it again the next time we see them.

Marney: What I Did Today

I went to Inks Lake to go letterboxing. We found two of them at Inks Lake. Gabe found both of them. We found one that is awesome, it is the smiley face one that we hid a few years ago. The other one was called Ink In The Lake. We found that one under rocks next to a tree. It was hidden good. I had a fun time letterboxing today with my Grandma and Grandpa and the rest of the family.

Marney: What I Did Today

I got my hair cut by Robin today it was really cool and it's like Kiki's. And we made a pinch pot it was really cool too. I love making pinch pots it is really fun to make. And my mom took a picture and Ava and Lily had a sleepover. And me and Kiki are having a sleepover.
