Avery: Blog Of The Day

Once there was a middle-aged man named Arnold.  Arnold was very lazy, fat, and grumpy.  So grumpy, no one would ever want to visit him.  When he walks in the park, everyone stays away and whispers.  One day Arnold got mad because everyone hated him.  He got so angry that he decided to go to the costume store and buy an evil costume to scare people away.  The sad thing is that he didn't know that Spiderman wasn't a bad guy.  He dressed up and went to the park.  There was a birthday party going on there.  There were lots of children running around and laughing.  Arnold hated laughing the most of all things.  He went in and screaming "BOO!" at all the kids.  One of the parents in charge came by and grabbed his wrist and took him to a big stage.
"Kids!  Look who came to say hi!", She yelled.
He was confused and wanted to leave the stage as soon as possible.  The children chanted "Spiderman!" for many moments.  He finally did something and looked at them and screamed "BOO!".  All the children cracked up and started pointing at him.  He thought to himself, what did I do wrong.  I screamed and they weren't the least bit frightened at all.  I have to be cool.  That's it!  I'll be cool!
He started running around the stage making noises and sound affects.  He did a cartwheel and failed, but the children still enjoyed him.  Ever since then, Arnold has loved making children laugh.
