Daddio: Lake Day with Grandma and Grandpa

Today is Grandma and Grandpa's last day of their visit, so we spent the whole day at the lake!  Grandma tested out the watermat with the kids:

Grandpa swam across the lake to have a look around:

And we broke out the Airhead to tow behind the Jetski:

We had a bunch of fun with Grandma and Grandpa and we're going to miss them when they go back to Montgomery.

Avery: Our Day

This morning we went to Westside Park with Grandma and Grandpa! It was soooooooooooooooooooo hot outside... so we stayed there for only an hour or two. At the park we got so sweaty and tired. When we got there we tried to play with the microphones first. BUT... THEY WERE BROKEN!!!!!

When we were done at the park we went home to look at Alaska pictures that Grandma and Grandpa brought. There were thousands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we saw the boat... all of us kids freaked out and got excited. It was super fancy. The inside of the boat was pretty much made out of gold. We also saw a picture of a moose! It was very blurry. After we looked at pictures and had lunch, we all went to the La Quinta pool to swim. The water wasn't that cold at all. It was pretty warm!  We stayed there for about an hour or two.

When we got back from the pool we played Moose in the House and Poo. We didn't finish the game of Poo. But we played Moose in the House twice. After dinner Marney and Kiki went to the hotel with Grandma and Grandpa.
